1. Description of Service

Kadro Oluşturucu is a free web app that lets you build balanced team lineups for astroturf and small-sided football matches, using real players or your own names, share squads, and optionally save them.

2. Free Use

Core squad building, sharing, and real-player selection are free. A free account is enough to save squads. Reselling the service commercially or overloading it with automated bots is prohibited.

3. Account and Content Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
You are responsible for squad content you save or share (player names, notes, scores).
You may not share content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, or violates third-party rights.
Share links are public; do not share lineups via link if you want them to stay private.

4. Intellectual Property

The site design, software, and Kadro Oluşturucu brand belong to us. Transfermarkt and club-sourced player data, logos, and names belong to their respective rights holders and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Commercial use or unauthorised copying of data is prohibited.

5. Service Availability

We provide the service "as is". Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to change or discontinue features without prior notice; we will try to give reasonable notice before changes affecting saved data.

6. Limitation of Liability

The balancing algorithm is a suggestion only; we are not liable for match results or disputes within teams. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from access to or use of the site.

7. Advertising

The site may display ads via Google AdSense or similar ad networks. Ad content is provided by third parties; we are not directly responsible for that content.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
